What could be important enough to mention from our very first year in business - 1965.  One of the hit songs on the charts that year, "What the World Needs Now Is Love".  Who could argue that need for Love is greater than ever!

My very first project which set the stage for years to follow was Master Planning the church campus for the Panthersville Presbyterian Church in Decatur, Georgia.

The head of their building committee, Keller Cobb, has remained a good friend through the years.

A longtime client, mentor and dear friend Superior Court Judge Tom Campbell:

"Zac Henderson, has been my architect for over 35 years.  Zac designed and assisted in the renovation of an 1890's cottage in Historic Roswell that was to be my law office for 30 years, and the home is now the residence for me and my wife.  It is a showplace, thanks to Zac.
But Zac is more than an exceptional architect, he is a leader in the community and I am proud to call him my friend."

Thanks to Tom for always being there for us.
One of our early Atlanta visionary clients, we continued to do work for years was James McMahan.  James remains a very good friend today as was his dear late wife Gail

American Resurgens Chairman James McMahan shared these kind words for our anniversary:

"It would be impossible to give an account of American Home Equities' development history in Atlanta without including the great design work done by you and your firm.  Your designs were the basis of award winning townhouse communities and innovative multi-family projects that made history in Atlanta.  Your help in countless community zoning meetings, official hearings and obtaining building and zoning development approvals was key to our success.  Many thanks to you and your team."

Many thanks, James, for many years of great adventures and successful projects.
Trustee High Meadows School, LEED Accredited Professional Building Committee member - Selena Wingate

"Zac designed a beautiful and sustainable building that blended beautifully with the natural setting of our 40 acre campus.  We are forever grateful for his services and we would not have achieved GOLD LEED CERTIFICATION without his energy efficient design."

Thanks, Selena.  What a pleasure to have you as my friend.
